Armand Djikoloum

Former YCAT oboist Armand Djikoloum, principal oboe at the Hannover Staatsoper and a Classic FM Rising Star, tours with pianist Jâms Coleman this October. Their recital programme takes in Clara Schumann, Lili Boulanger, Kalliwoda, Dranishnikova, Chausson and Haas, opening in Canary Wharf, moving to a Sunday morning concert at Wigmore Hall and then to the Jersey Arts Centre, where they add works by Saint-Saëns, Robert Schumann and Mendelssohn. Armand closes the run at the Southbank Centre with the Chineke! Orchestra under Fawzi Haimor for Arabic Symphony, taking the solo role in Ali Osman's The Shepherd's Song for oboe and strings.
